There is no place at your hair artists work station for additional guests or children, please plan your day accordingly. First time guests will be required to pay a non refundable 50% deposit upon booking, unless booked with valid gift package. Existing clients will be required to pay a non refundable $10 Cut or $50 chemical deposit. Fantasy color requires a 50% deposit each session. Gift packages are valid for one year from purchase date. If you would like to reschedule please contact us as soon as possible. Appointments without deposit will be canceled at the end of business day. All sales final.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel online in the event of an emergency. Failure to cancel will result in a No Call/No Show and you may be blocked from any future bookings. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled service may incur a 25% same day cancellation fee + deposit. No Call/No Shows may incur a 50% same day cancellation fee + deposit. Deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation. Please let us know if you would like to reschedule. All sales final.
