Appointment & Salon Policy Booking an Appointment To request an appointment, please text (904) 556-0022. As an exclusive salon suite, we are committed to providing a personalized, high-end luxury experience. Every new guest experience begins with a complimentary digital consultation. This allows us to personalize your service, discuss your goals, and reserve the appropriate amount of time for your appointment. For the comfort of all guests, additional visitors and children are not permitted at your stylist’s workstation. Please plan your visit accordingly. ⸻ Deposits A non-refundable deposit or valid gift certificate is required to secure your appointment. Appointments without a deposit or valid gift certificate will be canceled at the end of the business day. ⸻ Rescheduling & Adjustments If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits can be transferred to a rescheduled date only if the change is made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours forfeit the deposit. If you have any concerns following your service, please contact us within 7 days. Adjustment requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and hair must remain unaltered following your appointment. ⸻ Additional Policies All sales are final. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & No-Shows In the event of an emergency, please cancel your appointment online as soon as possible. No-call / no-show appointments may result in restricted future booking access and will incur a 50% same-day cancellation fee, along with forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a 50% same-day cancellation fee, along with forfeiture of the deposit. If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible so we can best accommodate your request.
