Appointment & Salon Policy To request an appointment, kindly text (904) 556‑0022, and we will get back with you as soon as possible. As an exclusive salon suite, we are committed to providing a high-end, luxury experience. For the comfort and safety of all guests, additional visitors and children are not permitted at your stylist’s workstation please plan your day accordingly. Deposits: First-time guests: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Existing clients: A non-refundable deposit of $10 for haircut , waxing and deep conditioning services or $50 for chemical/color/ keratin services is required. For fantasy color services a 50% deposit is required. Gift packages are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Appointments without a deposit will be canceled at the end of the business day. Service & Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate your change. All services are priced by the service, not by the hour. We reserve the right to refuse service. All sales are final. If you have any concerns following your appointment, please reach out within 72 hours. Adjustment requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and hair must be unaltered since your appointment.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
In the event of an emergency, please cancel your appointment online as soon as possible. No Call / No Show appointments may result in being blocked from future bookings and will incur a 50% same-day cancellation fee, plus forfeit of deposit. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a 25% cancellation fee, plus forfeit of deposit. All deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited upon cancellation. If you’d like to reschedule, please let us know. All sales are final.
