Appointment & Salon Policy Booking an Appointment To request an appointment, please text or call (904) 556-0022. As an exclusive salon suite, we are committed to providing a personalized, high-end luxury experience. For the comfort and safety of all guests, additional visitors and children are not permitted at your stylists workstation. Please plan your day accordingly. --- Deposits A non-refundable deposit or valid gift certificate is required to secure your appointment. Appointments without a deposit or valid gift certificate will be automatically canceled at the end of the business day. --- All sales are final. We reserve the right to refuse service. --- Rescheduling & Adjustments If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. If you have any concerns after your appointment, please contact us within 7 days. Adjustment requests are reviewed case-by-case, and hair must remain unaltered.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & No-Shows In the event of an emergency, please cancel your appointment online as soon as possible. No-call / no-show appointments may result in restricted future booking access and will incur a 50% same-day cancellation fee, along with forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a 50% same-day cancellation fee, along with forfeiture of the deposit. If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible so we can best accommodate your request.
